Common Question

Q. ​​What size vehicles can you wash?
A. The MAX height for the soft cloth tunnel is 82". The touch Free washes are 84"

Q. What if the site is closed?
A.  Members are not entitled to refunds or credits in the event the soft cloth tunnel is closed for maintenance or extreme weather (10 degrees or below, storm etc). We do our best to stay open during normal hours of operation however operating safety is a priority.

Q. ​​Why is there a $10 hold on my credit card purchase in the self serve bays?
A. Our merchant requires us to put a $10 hold on all transactions. The hold will be removed in 24 hrs.


Q. How do I cancel my unlimited membership?
A. Simply stop into our Oswego Rd location or call us at (315) 652-1426. We ask for 10 days notice prior to cancelling to avoid any overlap of billing.
  
Q. Can I cancel my plan if I paid upfront?
A.  If you pay up front, your plan is valid for one year from purchase date. You may not cancel and are not entitled to any refunds or credits. Plans may be transferred upon request and approval.
  
Q. What happens when my 1 year plan expires?
A.  Plans continue to bill and you will remain a member until you cancel. 

Q. How do I update my credit catd on file?
A.  Please call us at (315) 652-1426 and a team member will assist you.

Q. Refunds / Credits?
A.    Receipts are required for all refunds or credits. You will need to provide your license plate number & a valid phone number as well.

Q. Do you service commercial fleet vehicles?
A.  Yes we do. Please call our office for pricing and details.

Q. Do I need a sticker on my window and does it need to be in the location you put it?
A. In order to sign up for any of our unlimited plans, an attendant must install a sticker at time of purchase to the front window above the inspection sticker in order to identify you and your plan. This sticker RFID which is scanned every time you go through the car wash. It may not be removed or placed anywhere else. Tampering with the sticker may deactivate your plan and will be undetectable as a result


Terms & Conditions:  4 Seasons Car Wash membership is per vehicle and for personal use only and requires a (3) three month minimum subscription. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card the beginning of each month for selected services. Prices are subject to change without notice. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts. Changes in price and/or program itself may be made at any time without notice. 4 Seasons Car Wash reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Hours of operation are subject to weather conditions. Wash equipment is/can be subject to mechanical repairs and at times and may be unavailable for maintenance. No refunds or credits will be given. Membership cancellations must call us at (315) 652-1426 or provide written notice 10 days prior to automatic billing service. Memberships are plus tax per month. Valid for up to one wash per day. In the event that the car wash is closed due to extreme weather conditions, members are not entitled to any refunds or credits. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change without notice.

4 Seasons car Wash is NOT responsible for ANY damage to mirrors, antennas, moon-roofs, sunroofs, bug-shields, luggage, bike or roof racks, loose, broken or previously damaged parts, wipers, ANY non -factory parts, any parts blown off by water or dryers, negligent driving and/or braking. All pickup truck beds must be free and clear of any debris, wipers must be off during wash, vehicle must be in neutral, no steering and no braking.
